Kitchen Upgrade & Strategic Planning

This project involved a full-service kitchen upgrade with a strong focus on both immediate improvements and long-term operational planning. Over a five-day period, Greg provided on-site expertise, overseeing the installation of newly purchased gas equipment while ensuring a seamless integration into the existing kitchen environment.

Our scope extended beyond the physical installation. We provided full administrative support, coordinating logistics and documentation to streamline the process for all stakeholders. A detailed concept design and functional layout were also developed, laying the foundation for further discussions around kitchen efficiency, compliance, and staff workflows.

An essential part of the project included working closely with the general manager and local health department. We conducted a comprehensive review of the facility’s current setup and liaised with health inspectors to align future works with local compliance standards. This forward-thinking approach ensures the kitchen not only meets today’s requirements but is also well-prepared for future audits and operational changes.
