Full Kitchen Fit-Out – Seascapes Fish & Chips, Mandurah

CCR Commercial was engaged to deliver a complete commercial kitchen fit-out for Seascapes Fish & Chips in Mandurah following significant fire damage that left the premises entirely gutted. Our team worked closely with the owners to design and install a brand-new kitchen setup that would meet the operational needs of a high-volume takeaway food business while complying with all safety and ventilation requirements.

The project included full strip-out of remaining fixtures, site preparation, and the design of an efficient kitchen workflow. We supplied and installed a complete set of commercial-grade equipment, including deep fryers, prep benches, refrigeration, storage, and stainless steel work areas. All appliances were selected to suit the high-turnover demands of a fish and chip shop while ensuring energy efficiency and ease of maintenance.

A major part of the installation was the integration of a new compliant kitchen exhaust and ventilation system, tailored to handle the heavy-duty frying operation. Our team ensured full compliance with fire safety and Australian Standards, including all necessary ductwork, extraction fans, and filters.

With all systems tested and commissioned, Seascapes Fish & Chips was able to return to full operation with a safer, more efficient kitchen environment — designed for durability, hygiene, and peak performance.
